    Hi,

    I would appreciate it if some one can help me rectifying the error “NO_USER_ACCESS” in OTM.

    Steps:
    1. Login into the OTM through DOMAIN.ADMIN
    2. But when I click to OTM Menu’s for Example: Order Management > Purchase Order > Order Base, following error is coming”NO_USER_ACCESS” due to this OTM Menu’s and Sub Menus are Unaccessible.

    Is there any setup existing through which I can access OTM Menu’s through DOMAIN.ADMIN User.

    hi Surender,

    I am not sure if you have checked the VPD Profile, is there any restriction applied in the VPD profile?

      I am also getting this exception when i try to match shipments with invoices.
      but when i say FIX ERRORS, i can over come this issue for that time.But i get this error very frequently.
      Any Help in this regard is highly appreciated.

        Check your VPD profile and Level's Assign functions

          Where you able to get this resolved? I run into the same issue with settlement so we rely on find manual match.

              Try this.

              For admin, Normally "ADMIN_MENU" will attached to DOMAIN.ADMIN.

              Login using DBA.ADMIN
              Change the context to what ever domain you wish to.

              Configuration and Administration----> User Management---> Assign Function and key in "ADMIN"( Level) and check if you have view or any transactional access attached.

              After you did the above try opening Order base by logging in DOMAIN.ADMIN.
