Send Interface Transmission stopped working

Hello guys,

I really hope you can help me with this one.

For the past 4 weeks or so I have successfully been sending myself "Interface Transmissions" that enable me look at the outbound XML for given shipments.

Mid last week it suddenly stopped working.

As we apparently had not changed anything in OTM I automatically questioned the guys supporting the email server. After days of investigating they too say they can't see anything that has changed.

Below is an excerpt from the Transmission Log. Any ideas?

We are facing a similar issue. Can you please let me know if you were able to resolve this.

It seems to be a firewall issue. Please check with network admin. I think he can help you on this.

thanks for your response, actually LoB2 tablespace was full so we were not able to insert data in itransmission table.

Can you provide some more information on this.

Actually our DBA identified that database tablespace was full,once he added more space it started working normal.

In System log file we were getting following error:

Error writing transmission header to the DB.
