Problem in loading WSDL file in External System

Hi,
I want to use the Web service to hit a Bpel process for inserting some sort of data into the EBS. But when I am trying to create a WSDL document by uploading a WSDL file, it is showing "null pointer exception". When I am trying to view the wsdl file is saying "Virus check is required".

Please suggest me some solution...

When you upload the WSDL file, you need to specify the mime type as text -- otherwise OTM will flag it for a virus check and won't let anyone access it until that has been completed and the flag has been removed.
