    Hello everyone,

    this is my first post in this forum, so first of all I would like to thank you all for the great support centre you've created.

    In these days I've been trying to install OTM CU4 on a CentOS machine in order to create a personal test environment.

    The installation seems to be nicely ended (I've also followed your instructions to check it by viewing the installation log file), but when I execute the "otmapp start" command something goes wrong, and I get this message in the /logs/oas/console.log file:

    I've already checked that the GUEST.ADMIN exists and the password is correct....

    Can anyone help me?

    Every time I've run into this issue - it's been due to database import issue, or a problem with mis-configured GUEST.ADMIN passwords.

    However - I do know that Nick ran into an issue similar to this around CU04. You may want to take a look at the following post and see if it helps:
