Restrcting Remark Qualifiers

In the "Communication And Remarks" tab of the Service Provider and under the remark sections,there are "Remark Qualifier Id" and "Remark Text".
How to restrict the values available in the Remark Qualifier drop down thus allowing only a couple of values to be displayed in the dropdown

Above Requirement is an manager layout change .There you can restrict the remark qualifier ID's to be visible .

Values in remark text are known as text templates.

You can create text template from (Business Process Automation-Power Data-Document Generation-Text Template). Then attach it to remark.
