    Hi Friends,

    I have a query that from where does the data for the follwing menu bar gets udpated from?

    Contract and Rate Management -> Service Provider Manager -> Service Provider manager.

    When u give a service provider id and click search then a screen wil appear with two tabs Service Provider and Communication and Remarks

    The communication and remarks will have email address.

    Can anyone please give a knowledge on from where does this email address get populated from(any table name)?

    This is a screen set which is not a customized one so could not find out.

    Please advice.

    Manually or Automated(CSV) enter Email address and contact info like Phone, Fax. And it will automatically create a Contact for the service provider. Check "Contact" table for information.

      If you are creating a new Service Provider or Location and populate the email field, OTM creates a contact with the same name as the Service Provider XID or Location XID as the default contact. That will contain the email address you see on the Contacts and Remarks tab.

        Thanks for your valuable reply.

        Butn my query is the database side the email addresses entered in the business process automation->communication management->contact, is available in contact table

        But the data which is populated in Contract Rate Management -> Service Provider Management->Communication and remarks tab of service provider is populated from which table?

        The Screen set Contract Rate Management -> Service Provider Management seems to be manager layout (SERVPROV) which is not customized one.

          You should find what you are asking in CONTACT table with
          CONTACT_GID=servprov_gid
          IS_PRIMARY_CONTACT='Y'
          LOCATION_GID=servprov_gid

            A quick way to test this is to set up a service provider and enter an email address, save it, then go into the contact manager and edit the email address for the contact.

            When you go back into the service provider and look at the email address you will see it matches what you changed in the contact.

              Hi All,

              Thanks for ur valuable reply.

              Have checked and its working fine.

              The thing is in our Test OTM environment when i change the email address in contact table there is a change in service provider management's email address also.

              But in production i could see the email address is available in Contact table but its not reflecting teh same in Service provider management.

              Could anyone please tell how this is possible?
