Restricting Remark Qualifier Id-Service Provider

In the "Communication And Remarks" tab of the Service Provider and under the remark sections,there are "Remark Qualifier Id" and "Remark Text".
How to restrict the values available in the Remark Qualifier drop down thus allowing only a couple of values to be displayed in the dropdown

In the same way i want to restrict Shipment refnumqualifiers in tender acceptance screen?

Try using VPD profile for you user to restrict these values.

For Remarks, better way is to restrict your remark qualifier definition to a object type. If you want to filter further and few to be shown, then add remarks as pseudo fields in manager layout. Last option would be VPD.
