    Hi

    Iam trying to notify a contact via email through the agent action 'NOTIFY CONTACT' for any simple event(eg: ORDER BASE - CREATED) , but iam not receiving any notification through email.
    Whereas iam able to send email notification from my instance for any shipment tendered or for any xml post(transmission details).

    The problem is only when i use "notify contact/notify involved party" on the automation agent, no emails are triggered.

    Does it require any change or addtion in the property file or something to do with OTM?

    Hi, does the log say anything like 'sending notification...'? If so there is a problem with the mail address or teh contact does not ahve email as COMM_METHOD. If nothing shows up in the logs for agent workflow actually doing the notify, then there is something wrong with your action.
