  • Unable to receive custom message

I am unable to receive the custom message, the matter which is entered in the subject field on the Agent Action selection page while creating an Automation Agent. To give the details, I am trying to create an automation agent which notify the involved party whenever the tender of a shipment is accepted. Though the message center sends a message whenever the tender is accepted, which contains all the info about shipment etc, but the message doesn't have the custom line written in subject field like "Your shipment is about to move".
Please help me in tracing the error.

In reading your message I am trying to determine if you are generating this message to the message center or a email address? Once I know that peice I may be able to get you further down the path

What do you have configured in your Agent Action? When you select an action that requires a transmission or e-mail OTM will ask you what to put as the Subject. That's where the "Your shipment is about to move" clause belongs. If it's not there then that's the problem. If it is, then you'll have to look at the logs or transmission manager to see what OTM is doing.
