I am trying to plan an order using a Flight ID that contains 2 interim flight legs.
Interim Flight 1 - departure time 1H arrival time 3H
Interim Flight 2 - departure time 5H arrival time 7H
The error that I am seeing in the logs is "no service time solution." If I uncheck Calculate Service Time on the itinerary leg the shipment plans, but the departure and arrival times are identical.
The interim point has been included on the itinerary leg so that is not the problem.
Can anyone provide the Rate Service settings that will solve this?
