Hi,
When I am trying to create the air shipment using the consol functionality, my shipment fails to plan. However , when I uncheck the Calculate service time check box in Itinerary-leg then my shipment gets planned. But the shipment does not show the rate service correctly.
So there seems to be a problem with the rate service. I have defined the rate service with air schedule and in the rate service detail nothing has been defined.
And when I am enquiring the air schedule then I am getting the results.
Could some one suggest me what could be the problem with rate service here.
