  • Problem with Rounding decimal points --- Need help

    Hi All,

In my project we are facing one issue with the rate values.

As we know, in the database it is storing the cost values with 40 decimals. But in the application we can see the cost values with 2 decimals only, by default.
By default OTM will round those values up to 2 decimals and show it on the application.

Here we are facing the issue. When OTM rounding the values on the application, it is showing the unexpected values (sometimes rounding and sometimes not).

Please see the attachment for examples.

The yellow color highlighted values are rounded correctly. Non yellow colored are not rounded.
So I want to know on what logic OTM rounding up those values.

If you have any idea please share with me.

    Thank you.
    Sunny

Try exploring options available on rate record - rate cost page - there is a drop down to select rounding type to be used - check OTM help

Sunny, I am facing this same issue. Did you get this resolved? I have tried everything I can think of including many different rounding configurations on the Rate Record, Rate Cost, and Accessorial Cost. I have had an SR open for two months. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
