I've started a new group on LinkedIn called 'Society of OTM Practitioners' to identify people who are in the OTM community. I'm opening it up for all to join so that we can use that tool to network with the rest of the world that doesn't know that this forum exists. Feel free to contact me if you'd like to join.

Thanks to all for the positive response to this. I've had 30 people join since I added the group. For all others who wish to join the link is below. The intent is to keep it open so nobody will be refused membership.

From your LinkedIn home page there are several links on a menu on the upper left. They include Home, Profile, Contacts, Inbox and Groups. Click on the + next to groups to open that up. Once there you'll see My Groups, Group Directory and Create a Group. Click on My Groups and the link will open up a screen that includes the group you just joined. From there all you have to do is click on the 'View Members' option and you'll be able to see the people who have joined. Currently, there are 37 members. This is an amazing response since I've only started letting people know about this on Friday. Overnight I had 6 new members join and there are another 38 that have been pre-approved but have not activated their accounts. Hope this helps.
