Our client is a top international consulting company of 80,000 employees. As part of their many projects and programs, they are seeking candidates looking to expand their careers with challenging client engagements involving Oracle’sManufacturing (MFG) application. We are currently retained to fill multiple, full time, Oracle based openings. Position Description:
Being a part of a team supporting and enhancing the Oracle Manufacturing (MFG) application, candidates should have functional experience in the MFG sub modules of Inventory Management, Warehousing and/or Distribution, OTM (G-Log).
Team sizes will vary, however these roles will have responsibility in providing consultative support of the Oracle MFG application which may include creation of functional design documentation outlining end user system enhancements and working with the engineering teams to ensure functional design specifications are met. This in support of the following activities: defining functional requirements, conducting gap analysis, configuring software and unit testing configuration, creating functional designs for custom development, conducting testing of code migrated to other environments.
Required Skills:
Solid functional understanding of the Oracle Transportation Management application in order to support the end users of the application.
Ability to effectively communicate with end users on MFG concepts and how the Oracle application can assist in supporting their needs.
Ability to effectively communicate with technical team members to ensure that functional requirements have been met and if not, be able to identify and communicate the gaps.
Overall 6 – 10 years of experience; 5+ years implementing or supporting the OTM (G-Log) in a functional role.
Preferred Skills:
Prior functional implementation or support experience with the OTM application.
Specific experience in OTM (G-Log), inventory management, distribution or warehouse management.
These are full time permanent positions.
