After a lot of deliberation and soliciting the opinions of the OTM SIG Board and several colleagues, I've decided to create a Careers section for the Forums. I hope this new section will provide us with the tools and support needed to grow as OTM becomes the preferred TM solution. We all love OTM (many of us coming over from the old GC3 days), yet the reality is that we need jobs and opportunities both for personal satisfaction and so that we can support ourselves and our families.
This section will be open to all registered users; however they will be strictly moderated to ensure that they're not used for spam and that they don't detract from our main focus -- to provide the best community support for OTM.
Currently we include the following sub-forums:

- Marketplace - Commercial posts, such as conferences, product announcements and adverts.
- Positions Available - Job listings for OTM / GC3 related positions.
- Resources and Resumes - Resumes and profiles from OTM / GC3 candidates and consultancies seeking opportunities.
- Training, Certification and Documentation - Learning OTM / GC3 through training courses, self-study materials and finding documentation to help along the way.
