    GENERAL FORUM PURPOSE
    You acknowledge and agree that the OTMFAQ forum is intended to be a place where OTMFAQ members, OTM SIG members, OTM customers, and other interested parties can share questions, suggestions, and information about the Oracle Transportation Management product. (OTM). Discussions on the OTMFAQ forum should be limited only to the features and use of the OTM product platform and/or it’s integration with other products. All other questions, comments, and suggestions should be directed to the appropriate support department(s).

    GENERAL FORUM GUIDELINES
    You acknowledge that OTMFAQ does not pre-screen material posted to the OTMFAQ forum. Therefore, you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable. As such, you also agree that you will not directly state or imply that OTMFAQ has reviewed, endorsed, approved or agreed with any material that you post or have posted to the OTMFAQ forum.

    GENERAL POSTING GUIDELINES
    By posting information in this forum, you agree that you will not post or otherwise upload any content including text, communications, software, images, sounds, data, or other information that:
    1. Contains excessive profanity or vulgar language;
    2. Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, tortuous, contains explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of sexual acts (including but not limited to sexual language of a violent or threatening nature directed at another individual or group of individuals), uses vulgar language in the creation of a username or otherwise violates OTMFAQ's General Forum Agreement;
    3. Victimizes, harasses, degrades, disrespects, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
    4. May infringe upon or violate any third party's intellectual property rights, including, without limitation, copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, moral right, proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
    5. Constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk e-mail (also known as "Spamming"), chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling; this includes, but is not limited to, posting your phone or fax number(s) and posting any URLs or hyperlinks to your commercial website(s) or email account(s). You also agree that you will not collect and store information about the members of this forum or use such information for the purpose of transmitting or facilitating transmission of unsolicited bulk electronic e-mail or communications. You further agree that you will not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from a minor (anyone under 18 yrs old). Personal information includes but is not limited to name, address, and phone number.
    6. Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of any third party;
    GENERAL FORUM POLICING
    OTMFAQ and its agents reserve the right at their sole discretion to remove, edit, move, or close any post and/or topic without prior notice, that in OTMFAQ's judgment, does not comply with the General Forum Agreement or is otherwise harmful, objectionable, or inaccurate. OTMFAQ is not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such content.

    OTMFAQ may, without prior notice, immediately terminate your membership upon discovery of any unauthorized advertising or solicitation to members of the user community. All OTMFAQ moderators and OTM SIG board members will have access to the user database; any moderator or board member abusing this information will be removed from the forums and board immediately. As a member of our forum you are encouraged to report any violators of our rules to [email protected].

    Furthermore, you agree that violating any part of this agreement may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned from the OTMFAQ forum. The IP address of all posts is recorded to help better enforce this agreement.
